Login + Sign-Up

Q How do I sign up?

A

Click the orange Sign-Up button at the top right of our page and submit your basic information. Then, someone from our team will connect with you to schedule a brief onboarding session for you to register and receive a demo of the Mediafiche platform.

Q Where do I log in as a first-time user?

A

Once you've navigated to the Mediafiche portal, click on the Login button and enter your email address and password. Mediafiche will immediately send a link to your email address, and after clicking the link to confirm, you will be directed back to the Mediafiche portal. Then, you will be fully registered to search and browse the database.

Search + Browse

Q How does the Search + Browse feature work?

A

Mediafiche allows you to search for publications, using highly-targeted search filters. These filters include:

  • Magazine Title
  • National vs. Regional Titles
  • Consumer or National Publications
  • Market Category (e.g. Health, Action Sports, etc.)
  • And more!

Make an Offer

Q Is an offer binding for both media buyers and sellers?

A

Yes. Once an offer/counter-offer is accepted by the receiving party, that offer becomes binding.

Q How long is an offer active?

A

An offer or counter-offer is active for 48 hours unless the timeframe is extended. If an offer expires, please contact our Customer Support team at support@mediafiche.com.

Q Do offers expire?

A

Yes. An offer will expire after the 48-hour offer clock has expired.

Q Can I save my offer before I submit it to the publisher?

A

Yes. Offers and counter-offers can be saved.

Q How many times can I counter-offer?

A

Mediafiche allows two counter-offers during the negotiation process: one from the media seller and one from the media buyer.

Q Who sees my offers and counter-offers?

A

An offer or counter-offer can ONLY be seen by the sender and the recipient of the particular sender or recipient.

Q Is there a dollar limit on the size of an offer or counter-offer?

A

No.

Q Can I buy ads in multiple issues of the same magazine?

A

Yes.

Payment + Order Confirmation

Q How do I pay for my ad purchase?

A

The payment is processed through the Mediafiche payments gateway.

Q How will I receive an IO or order confirmation? 

A

An order confirmation will be sent at the time an offer is accepted.

Proof-of-Performance

Q How will I receive a proof-of-performance?

A

Mediafiche will mail you the magazine(s) your ad ran in, and you will receive these copies in 10 - 12 days after the on-sale date. If you do not receive your proof-of-performance within this timeframe, please contact the Mediafiche Customer Support team at support@mediafiche.com.

Q Can I receive a digital version of my proof-of-performance?

A

Yes, you can request a digital copy of your proof-of-performance from the publisher.

Please send all updated information to mediakits@mediafiche.com.

The media buyer will submit an offer to your publication. You will receive an email, and you can view this on the My Offers page. You will then have 48 hours to either accept or decline the offer or counter-offer.

Payment + Order Confirmation

Q How will I receive an IO or order confirmation? 

A

An order confirmation will be sent at the time an offer is accepted.

Q How will I get paid?

A

Please submit an invoice to Mediafiche at 1200 Abernathy Road NE, Ste 1600, Atlanta GA 30328-5673, and we will submit the payment to your mailing address once the media has been reconciled. You will receive a payment from Mediafiche to your mailing address.

Proof-of-Performance

Q Where do I send the media buyer's proof-of-performance?

A

The proof-of-performance should be sent to Mediafiche at 1200 Abernathy Rd NE, Ste 1600, Atlanta, GA 30328-5673.
