Yes. Once an offer/counter-offer is accepted by the receiving party, that offer becomes binding.
An offer or counter-offer is active for 48 hours unless the timeframe is extended. If an offer expires, please contact our Customer Support team at support@mediafiche.com.

An offer will expire after the 48-hour offer clock has expired.
No.
An offer or counter-offer cannot be canceled by the entity that initiated the offer
or counter-offer. However, the recipient can reject an offer or counter-offer
if it is not acceptable.
Mediafiche allows two counter-offers during the negotiation process: one from the media seller and one from the media buyer.
An
offer or counter-offer can ONLY be seen by the sender and the recipient of the
particular sender or recipient.
No.
The media
buyer will submit an offer to your publication. You will receive an email, and
you can view this on the My Offers page. You will then have 48 hours to either
accept or decline the offer or counter-offer.
You
can click the "Request Creative" button any time before or after the deal has
been processed. Then, the media buyer will transfer the creative to you via
email.
Payment + Order Confirmation
An order
confirmation will be sent at the time an offer is accepted.
